My name is edith 

Welcome to my little piece of the Universe! 


I've been on my own personal journey since 2019-2020ish. Along the way, I’ve learned that being healthy isn’t just about working out, it’s about listening to your body, nourishing it from the inside out, and finding what truly makes you feel alive... Which sometimes can be eating an entire container of tiramisu!

 

My passion for food, movement and helping others started long ago. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start (or restart) something new. I’m a pro at starting over, and over, and over, and over, you get the gist. On the bright side, you don’t have to do it alone! I’m here with you.

How do I get started with coaching?

Getting started is simple. You can fill out the contact form above to schedule a consultation. During this time, we’ll talk about your goals, current habits, and lifestyle so I can create a program that supports your body and your schedule.

Who is your coaching best for?

My coaching is best for beginners and women who want to build strength, improve their nutrition, and create sustainable habits. Many of my clients are women over 30 who want to feel stronger, improve their energy, and feel confident in their bodies again.

How quickly can I lose weight?

Healthy and sustainable weight loss typically happens at a rate of about 0.5–2 pounds per week, depending on your body, nutrition, stress levels, and consistency. My goal is not just quick weight loss, but helping you build habits that allow you to keep the weight off long-term.

What should I eat before a workout?

A balanced snack that includes carbohydrates and protein about 30–90 minutes before your workout can help fuel your body. My go to’s are: medium banana, fruit with yogurt, oatmeal with protein, or a smoothie. 

Why do I feel bloated?

Bloating can happen for several reasons including digestion issues, certain foods, stress, dehydration, hormonal changes, or eating too quickly.  One factor that is often overlooked is stomach acid as it helps break down food and absorb nutrients. If stomach acid is too low, food may sit in the stomach longer and ferment, which can lead to gas, bloating, and discomfort.
If this is something you are struggling with, we look at your nutrition, hydration, lifestyle, and stress levels to help identify the root cause.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. My approach focuses on sustainable nutrition and whole foods, not restrictive dieting. I teach clients how to build balanced meals, understand their bodies, and create habits that support long-term health.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes. I can provide nutrition guidance and meal planning support to help you meet your goals. The focus is on balanced meals that support energy, muscle growth, and overall wellness.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Many of my programs can be done at home or in the gym. Your workouts will be designed based on the equipment you have access to.

What if I’m a beginner and have never worked out before?

That’s completely okay. My programs are designed to guide you step-by-step so you can build strength safely and confidently, even if you are starting from scratch.

What makes your coaching different?

My coaching focuses on holistic health. This means we look at more than just workouts. We focus on nutrition, mindset, recovery, stress, and sustainable lifestyle habits so you can feel strong, energized, and confident long-term.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked for me?

Many of my clients come to me after trying many different diets or workout programs that didn’t work long-term. Often the issue isn’t a lack of effort, it’s that the plan wasn’t personalized to their body, lifestyle, or habits. Focuses on building sustainable habits, balanced nutrition, and 
strength training that works with your lifestyle so the results are realistic and long-lasting.

How do I know if this program is right for me?

If you are looking to improve your health, build strength, learn how to eat better, and create consistent habits, this program may be a great fit. My coaching is especially helpful for beginners and women who want guidance, structure, and accountability.
